2012-2013 New School Hours Announced

During the April school board meeting, the board voted to move forward with the new operating times for the 2012-2013 school year. This decision will enable us to add an additional 35 minutes to our academic day.

 

The school day will begin at 8:05 a.m. with the arrival of the buses and the beginning of parent drop off. The school day will end at 3:15 p.m. Students will be dismissed to the buses and parent pickup will begin.

 

Additional information regarding transportation and parent drop off and pick up will be reported to the board durting the next school board meeting on May 3, 2012. We will plan to hold a parent information night to outline the time changes and offer clarification if necessary.

Go Green!

The sale is on! Go Green is partnering with the 5th grade( and the Candia Garden club) to benefit Science Camp this year with their compost bin sale fundraiser! On sale = compost bins, rain barrels, kitchen scrap buckets and compost turners. Look for fliers around town, on the school website and in the Annual Town report! Project Childfind

Thursday, March 8th, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM: Do you have concerns about your child's overall development? PROJECT CHILDFIND involves screening your child's abilities in speech, motor, and learning skills. The screening is administered by the professional staff of the Candia School District.
